Created by Sports Mind Skills‚Ѣ with Drew Ginn OAM and Justine Tonner-Joyce, Rowing Mind Skills Vol 1 contains five tracks to help rowers face challenges, improve technique in training and racing, and learn to make the most of your energy, motivation and relaxation. It will help rowers utilise their capacity to visualize, imagine, sense and feel the rowing stroke.

In addition to his extensive coaching experience, Drew Ginn is a dual Olympic gold medalist and has won multiple medals at World Championships in the coxless pair, coxed four and eight. Justine Tonner-Joyce is a psychologist, rowing coach and former rowing world champion in the lightweight pair. In both cases their mental training for rowing had a big part in their success.
